Police are investigating the motive behind an incident where an assistant chief died by suicide in a village in Kapenguria, West Pokot County.
The body of Benson Sailuk, 50, was found dangling from a tree on his farm with a clothing tied around his neck.
He was the assistant chief for Sugut sub location in Tambalal.
